Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) Software Systems

This contract provides sustaining engineering support to NASA’s Shuttle Training Aircraft at Ellington Field. Tasks performed include developing a test methodology to validate re-hosted flight software; leading software development of a new Programmable Display Generator (PDG); and providing software engineering to maintain the STA flight simulator, including coding, verification and loading of the software into the simulator. Disciplines employed include software engineering and programming; requirements analysis; software configuration management; and software verification and validation.
