Associates Program
MEI Technologies maintains
an on-going effort to identify and recruit candidate engineers,
scientists, and management personnel through the MEI Associates
Program. This Program is a unique approach to providing professional
talent to engineering, science, and management projects. Typically,
such projects:
- Have phases which are dynamic
in terms of schedule and skills required
- Are demanding in the need
for expert talent
- Are often short-lived
- Usually have rapid build-up
and phase-down periods
The goal of the Associates
Program is to assemble a highly talented, productive pool
of engineering, science, and management experts to meet these
needs. Furthermore, it is intended that MEI maintain an ethical
relationship with both associates and clients that is professionally
satisfying to all parties.
Typically, our associates are
senior, experienced engineers, scientists, or professional
managers with 10 to 30 or more years of experience. Many are
retired from NASA, DoD, academia, or industry and are available
for rapid assignment to a project. Task assignments may be
short duration, part time, or longer term, depending upon
project requirements.
